American Pecan Pies

I learnt to not stray from the recipe in terms of what size to make things, there were meant to be 6 pies of twice the size, so I now have a tub full of spare filling in the fridge, oops!

The crust was also way too thick, probably again because i made them the wrong size, ah well. At least they still taste good!

Not as pretty as I hoped, but it should do.
